Terms & Conditions
All users answering the weekly quiz question correctly will be entered into a prize draw to win £1000 per week. Winners will be selected at random and the judge’s decision is final.
1) The general terms and conditions published on this website apply to this offer.
2) By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. NetPlay TV Mobile Limited reserves the right, with or without clause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. NetPlay TV Mobile Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
3) You must be 16 years of age or over and resident in the United Kingdom to be eligible for this scheme.
4) Employees of NetPlay TV Mobile Limited and its associated companies, their families and anyone connected with this incentive scheme, or those ineligible to enter under other clauses in these terms, may not participate in this scheme.
5) There is one prize per week. The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received prior to the close of the competition. one entrant will be picked at random per week and be contacted by the prize manager to win, on the mobile used to enter the competition.
6) Players who do not participate by the date of the prize draw will not be eligible to claim any prize. Entrants who are not able to enter for whatever reason will not be eligible to claim any prize.
7) NetPlay TV Mobile Limited cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed text messages due to external network problems.
8) There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. This is a shared Jackpot prize.
9) Players will be sent 2 billed messages each week costing £3 in total ( 2 x £1.50 messages). Where credit is not available to honour the 2 x £1.50 charges, such as with Pay-As-You-Go mobile users, the billed message will not be delivered to the phone at that time; however repeated attempts will be made to deliver the message up to 10 days later. Players understand that this situation may result in the quiz question being delivered too late for entry in that week’s prize draw.
10) Players can unsubscribe at anytime by sending the word “STOP” to 81177. Sending “STOP” means players will not receive the weekly question or winners message and will not be charged. Once unsubscribed, players will not be eligible to play for the weekly £1000 cash prize.
11) Players who answer the weekly question correctly by 4.45pm on the Thursday of every week, will be entered into a draw to win £1000. A prize winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries.
12) To be eligible to claim any share of any prize available by participating in this scheme, each player must have replied to the question sent to their mobile phone during the week prior to any prize draw associated with it.
13) £1000 is the total weekly cash fund for the game. This is a shared Jackpot prize
14) The Cash Club mobile quiz will be closed between 16:45 and 17:00 in order for the draw process to take place. Players entering the quiz between 16:45 and 17:00 will be entered in following week’s game.
15) All Cash Club cash prizes will be despatched as a written cheque within 10 working days of the winner being chosen at random.
16) Cash Club prizes must be claimed within 28 days of winning.
17) Players understand that Netplay TV Mobile Limited may, from time to time ask the Player to participate in marketing and promotion by the use of the Player’s name and likeness. Players may consent or refuse such requests at their discretion.
18) From time to time you may receive information and offers from NetPlay TV Mobile Limited or its associated companies. If you do not wish to receive such information please write to the Cash Club Marketing Department, 76 Church Street, Lancaster LA1 1ET.
19) NetPlay TV Mobile Limited reserves the right to withhold prizes at its discretion.
20) NetPlay TV Mobile Limited reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
